Najczęstsze pytania
What happens when I run out of hours in my package?
Nothing urgent — we’re just letting you know before we move on. You don’t lose any unused hours: they carry over to the next month and remain valid for the current quarter, up to the bank’s limit (Standard up to 2 hours, Premium up to 6 hours, E-commerce up to 10 hours). At the end of the quarter, the bank resets to zero — hours do not accumulate indefinitely. If, in a given month, you need more than you have in your package and bank combined, we charge for the extra hours at your package rate (from 119 zł/h). And if you regularly have more work, it’s usually cheaper to switch to a higher package — we’d be happy to work this out for you.
Are you tying me into a long-term contract?
The minimum term is 3 months — that’s how long it takes to stabilise the website and get into a rhythm together. After that, the contract is open-ended with a 30-day notice period, with no penalties. You can also change your package at any time as your website grows.
What if someone hacks my website?
First, let’s be clear: security is about reducing risk, not a guarantee that a breach will never happen — no reputable provider would promise that, because there are vulnerabilities that, at the time of an attack, not even the plugin’s author has yet patched. That is why how we respond is what matters. If the breach was the result of our own negligence (e.g. we failed to update a vulnerable plugin under our care in good time) — we will rectify the situation free of charge. If it was due to a factor beyond our control (a weak password, a self-installed or vulnerable theme, or an integration not covered by our support) — we’ll remove the infection for a flat fee of 599 zł, and with the Premium and E-commerce packages, this is included in the price. In every case, we’ll restore your site from a backup and won’t leave you with an infected website.
Which package is right for me?
In a nutshell: Basic — a business website or blog that simply needs to run securely. Standard — a company website where content is regularly updated. Premium — a website where downtime actually costs money (bookings, lead generation). E-commerce — a WooCommerce shop where every order counts. Not sure which one’s right for you? We’ll carry out a free audit and advise you.
Does the price include hosting and a domain name?
No — our support covers the website itself and its maintenance. We can manage the website on your current hosting provider or advise you on and carry out a migration to a more efficient one. We store backups separately from the hosting provider, in the cloud within the EU (iDrive e2 + QNAP).
How long does it take for my report to be processed?
Up to 24 working hours for Basic, up to 8 working hours for Standard, and up to 2 hours for Premium and E-commerce (with priority given to online shops). This refers to the initial response time — confirmation that we are looking into the matter — not necessarily a full resolution, which depends on the scale of the issue.
Do you carry out major changes and website redesigns?
Yes, but we quote separately for implementations and larger one-off projects — these aren’t covered by your support hours. We have a separate calculator for one-off tasks, and we confirm the final amount after a brief, free audit. Minor changes are covered by the hours included in your package.
What exactly is included in the price, apart from updates?
In addition to post-testing updates: EU cloud backups, monitoring, security and SSL, and – from the Standard package onwards – licences for premium tools (FlyingPress cache, ShortPixel Pro image optimisation, RankMath, Envato images, ElasticEmail newsletter) as well as our proprietary Backup, Report and Guard plugins. You don’t need to purchase these licences separately.
How does the annual price differ from the monthly price?
With an annual payment, you pay for 11 months instead of 12 — you get one month’s cover free of charge. The scope of the package is exactly the same.
Why should I choose you, of all people?
Our family has been managing WordPress sites since 2010, and we look after more than 400 businesses — updates, backups, security and support, all under one roof. We store backups within the EU, respond in real time rather than via automated systems, and work using our own tools, which we’ve refined over the years.
I’ve been a customer for years — does this price list apply to me as well?
No. Long-standing customers are guaranteed the original rate — your current price will not change. The new price list applies to new contracts. If you’d like to expand your scope (staging, response priority, additional modules), just get in touch — we’ll work out the difference.
My website is now managed by another company. What does the transition involve?
We’ll take care of it: we’ll take over access, carry out an initial audit and make the first full backup, and only then will we hand over management. You don’t need to install anything or keep an eye on anything.
What can I use my flexible working hours for?
For anything to do with the website: editing content, adding photos, minor design changes, plugin configuration, or a brief consultation. Any unused hours are carried over within the quarter.
Do you support English-language websites and overseas online shops?
Yes — we manage Polish and English websites (including those using WPML and online shops selling abroad). We work remotely, so the location of the server and the client is irrelevant.

Why ongoing maintenance for a WordPress site? is needed
WordPress powers over 40% websites worldwide — and that is precisely why it is the most frequently targeted CMS. The vast majority of breaches are not the result of „brilliant hackers”, but of simple oversights: an out-of-date plugin, an abandoned theme, a weak password. An unmaintained website breaks down silently — it works until one day it stops, usually at the worst possible moment.
Updates to WordPress, plugins and themes
Every update is a security patch, but it also carries the risk of a conflict — if carried out incorrectly, it can take your website down. That’s why we test updates thoroughly before deploying them to your live site. You don’t even need to know that anything has happened.
Off-server website backup
A backup stored on the same hosting service as the website isn’t really a backup — if the server goes down or the hosting provider suspends your account, both the website and the backup will be lost. Our proprietary plugin TREJKA Backup It sends copies to the e2 cloud within the EU, to two separate locations. Restoring the site is a matter of hours, not days.
Security and 24/7 monitoring
We monitor the website’s availability and performance around the clock, and keep an eye on the SSL certificate and known vulnerabilities. And if a breach has already occurred — Cleaning up a WordPress site after a hack This is what we specialise in: with our Premium and E-commerce packages, post-attack recovery is included in the price.
Page speed and Google rankings
A slow website loses customers twice: once when a visitor has to wait for the page to load, and again in search results, as speed is a Google ranking factor. As part of our maintenance service, we monitor performance on an ongoing basis, and in the event of more serious issues, we carry out speeding up a WordPress site as an additional service.
Maintenance is cheaper than a breakdown
Saving your shop after a break-in, recovering data without a backup, or fixing your website after a failed update usually costs several times the annual subscription fee — not to mention the lost sales and customer trust. Ongoing support from 149 zł a month is a service that also gives you back time: we take care of the technicalities, whilst you get on with your work. You’ll see the results of our work in projects.
