We look after your clients’ websites. Invisibly.
You sell and manage the relationship; we do the work: updates, backups, security and troubleshooting. Reports featuring your logo, invoices issued to you – we do not contact your customers.
Four principles white label
We are invisible
Your client won’t know we exist, unless you decide otherwise. We generate monthly reports featuring your logo and your footer.
Confidentiality in writing
We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and an undertaking not to contact your clients. Your client base is yours — full stop.
One panel, all sides
You can see all your clients’ websites in a single overview: update status, backups, availability. A single monthly invoice.
Actions taken on your behalf
Did your client’s website go down on Friday evening? You let us know, we get to work, and you send your client some good news. That’s how it should be.
What does he get? Your client — under your brand name
You promise your client peace of mind. We take care of what makes that peace of mind possible — and your client only sees you.
A website that is always up to date and fully functional
Updates to WordPress, plugins and themes — first on a test site, then on the live site. The client never sees a „white screen after an update” because we make sure that doesn’t happen.
Off-server copies, within the EU
A backup to the e2 cloud, independent of the client’s hosting provider. If something goes wrong, recovery takes hours, not days — and you’re the one who’s got it sorted.
Security and 24/7 monitoring
Hardening, keeping an eye on known vulnerabilities and round-the-clock availability monitoring. We usually spot the problem before the customer does.
Monthly report featuring your logo
A clear report on the work carried out, availability and copies — featuring your footer and your branding. Proof of value that you send out as your own.
The more pages there are,
the lower the rate per page
Wholesale prices for maintaining websites under your brand. Net, per month, per website. The technical scope of support is the same as in our Standard package,
with a white-label report. We charge for ad hoc work separately, at a mutually agreed hourly rate.

Najczęstsze pytania
Do you really not get in touch with my clients?
No. We sign an NDA and an undertaking not to contact your customers. Your customer base is yours — we are the technical layer operating under your brand, not a competitor.
How does the process of taking over the websites I’m already managing work?
We take care of it all: we take over access, carry out an initial audit and make the first full backup of every page, and only then do we hand over management. We usually migrate the entire portfolio in stages, without any downtime for your customers.
What about working hours — editing, minor development work?
We charge for these separately from the per-page rate, based on a mutually agreed hourly rate. We price larger implementations, malware removal and WooCommerce repairs on a project basis. This ensures that the per-page rate is predictable and free from hidden surprises.
How do you issue invoices for orders with multiple pages?
One consolidated invoice per month for the entire portfolio, regardless of the number of pages. In the dashboard, you can see all pages in a single overview: update status, copies, availability.
Does the rate go down if I add more pages?
Yes — the rate per page depends on the size of the entire portfolio, not on a single page. Once you exceed the next threshold, the lower price applies to all pages in the portfolio.
What if the client’s website goes down after hours?
You report the issue to us, we take action, and you send the customer a positive update. We set the priority for our response in the SLA — as standard for portfolios of 15 pages or more, and on a case-by-case basis for larger ones.
Ask for a quote for your portfolio
The first consultation is free of charge and without obligation. Please describe your portfolio — the number of pages, the scope of the service and the reporting model. You will receive a quote within 24 working hours.
Example — how your margin is calculated
You have in your wallet 15 pages at a level of care that meets our Standard. You pay us 109 zł per month per page. For the same scope of work, your end customer usually pays on the market 349–499 zł/month.
You set the selling prices yourself — the figures above are merely a market benchmark. We take care of all the technical work.
🤝 We’ve been working together as a subcontractor for years — including providing ongoing website portfolio management services for companies in Poland and abroad. If you’d like, we can explain during a meeting how this works in practice at other agencies (without revealing which ones — the NDA applies to both parties).
Yes invisible, if you like
You decide how much your client knows about the fact that you have a technical partner. In every scenario, you are the one who handles contact with the client.
Completely invisible
The client is unaware of our existence. Reports and communications in 100% are under your brand. We act as a silent subcontractor.
Hybrid
The client knows that you have a technical partner handling maintenance, but all communication still goes through you. You remain the face of the partnership.
Public
You tell the client straight away that TREJKA provides technical support. This works well when you want to highlight our experience and our cloud services within the EU.
