What are your opening hours?

We are available by phone and email from Monday to Friday, 8.00 am–6.00 pm. For customers with an emergency support package, the emergency helpline is available 24/7, including at weekends and on public holidays.

How quickly do you reply?

We answer the phone straight away during working hours. We usually reply to emails and enquiry forms within one working day. We respond to emergency calls within 15 minutes.

Is there a charge for the valuation?

No. The initial consultation, diagnosis and quote are free of charge and come with no obligation. You only pay for the work we agree on.

Do you serve customers from outside Białystok?

Yes. We work remotely for companies across Poland and around the world — location doesn’t matter, as we handle all support and communication online and by telephone.
