From one blog up to 400 pages under supervision
We hadn’t planned to become a WordPress company. It just happened because clients were asking for it, and we were able to help.
My first WordPress site
Bartek was looking for a website for his products and came across WordPress. Around that time, Małgorzata had the idea for a blog — and so, from a bit of „chatter”, Trejka was born.
From the pages to care
We started out designing websites. It soon became clear that clients needed someone to look after them — updates, backups, security. Today, we manage over 400 websites.
Custom plugins
To do this better and on a larger scale, we’ve built our own tools: WP Admin Helper (over 50 modules) and WP Admin Master — a dashboard for managing multiple sites at once.
Web and IT Partner
At some point, clients started asking: ‘Can you sort out our email too? Backups? Domains? Our entire IT setup?’ We could. That’s how Trejka became a web and IT partner — particularly for organisations and NGOs that don’t have their own IT department.

Everyone, not a helpline
We started out in 2012 with a few partner websites and some company computers that nobody else was available to look after. We didn’t want to build a corporation with a helpline — we wanted to do the job properly and know every client by name.
That’s why there are three of us (for now), and that’s how it’ll stay. We’ll take your website and your IT under our wing, and you’ll get something you can simply stop worrying about. You get in touch when you need to — we’ll take care of the rest.
Bartek
Founder · WordPress, servers & IT
A computer scientist by passion, a marketer by training, and an Oyama Karate instructor. It was he who introduced WordPress to the company in 2010, followed by all the other technologies. He is constantly on the lookout for better solutions.
Małgorzata
Co-founder · Clients & SEO
The heart and voice of the company. It was her idea for a blog that got Trejka off the ground. She’s responsible for client relations, content and visibility — and for ensuring that technology is explained in plain language.
Łukasz
A New Generation · Design
The eldest son, who is gradually taking over the reins. He is responsible for the design and layout of the websites — bringing a fresh perspective and a new generation to the family business.
Piotrek
EMOTIONAL SUPPORT · 14 YEARS
The youngest son — for now, he’s cheering from the substitutes’ bench. A primary school pupil, he’s a fan of computer games, good films and TV series.
What we believe
A brief description of the section — what the following tabs cover.
Close to the customer
You’re speaking directly to us. The same person knows your organisation and is responsible for its IT — you don’t have to explain everything all over again.
Web and IT under one roof
Web agencies rarely have a grasp of IT, and IT companies rarely do a good job with WordPress. We do both — and that’s the difference.
Honestly and without jargon
We tell you what isn’t worth buying, and we only promise what we can actually deliver. We explain the technology in a way that even non-technical people can understand.
We understand organisations
A limited budget, grants, donor data, voluntary work. We adapt to the way NGOs and small businesses actually operate.
We take data seriously
We store copies and data within the EU, and we ensure security and compliance with the GDPR. We test our backups; we don’t just assume they work.
Long-term relationships
We look after over 400 websites, many of which we’ve been managing for years. We’re not looking for one-off jobs — we’re looking for clients we can build a long-term relationship with.
Two pillars, one family
WordPress is still at the heart of what we do — but it’s now just one part of what we do.
IT support for organisations
Your in-house IT department: website, email, backups, cloud, domains, security and support — all under one roof. TREJKI’s flagship service.
WordPress websites and online shops
Design, support, development and our own plugins — all under the WP Trejka brand. That’s how it all began, and we’re still doing it today.
