          You process data from donors and beneficiaries. We store copies in the iDrive E2 cloud in the EU region, implement security measures, assist with the basics of compliance, and sign a data processing agreement.

                What is IT support for organizations and NGOs?
                We take care of all your technical infrastructure: websites, email, backups, cloud storage, domains, security, and ongoing support. We act as your external IT department so you can focus on your mission, not the technical details.
                Can you help us get free or discounted licenses for NGOs?
                Yes. Organizations have access to Google’s (Google for Nonprofits) and Microsoft’s nonprofit programs, often with free or heavily discounted Workspace / Microsoft 365. We help you go through the verification process (including through TechSoup) and set up your accounts—that’s a real cost savings.
                How does the help desk hour allowance work?
                Your subscription includes a set number of support hours per month—you can use them for questions, minor changes, and day-to-day assistance. The rules regarding unused hours and overages are specified in the contract. You pay a predictable amount that’s easy to account for in your budget or grant.
                What about the GDPR and personal data?
                You process data from donors and beneficiaries, so we take this seriously. We back up your data in the iDrive E2 cloud in the EU region, implement security measures, and help you with the basics of GDPR compliance. We sign a data processing agreement.
                Will you take over our current IT system, or do we need to start from scratch?
                We take over the existing environment. We start with an initial audit, and then gradually organize and take over management. There’s no need to build anything from scratch unless it’s necessary.
